Online bookings cannot be made less than two hours prior to the start time of your desired escape room reservation.

Yes. All escape room participants must read and digitally sign a Release and Waiver form before playing.
If you would like to submit your form prior to arrival, you can download the Participant Release and Waiver Agreement for 417 Escape Artist LLC, here.
Please note: Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can prep you for your escape room mission.

Of course! Kids think that escape rooms are a blast, and 417 Escape Artist welcomes all ages in this family-friendly, one-of-a-kind experience.
417 Escape Artist is also happy to accommodate your child’s next birthday party and is willing to modify escape room adventures to be better suited to you and your child’s party. For more information, please contact our Springfield location.
All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
You will need a reservation, and we do not currently accept walk-ins. At 417 Escape Artist, we require that you have reservations so you can choose the exact room, date, and time that works best for you and your group.
Life happens, we get it. To accommodate this, we will give you a full refund as long as you give us a 24 hours notice. We can also reschedule for you at a later date. Email us or give us a call and we will take care of it.
Due to an escape room being a live action game, we can not let you in the room if you are late because it would interrupt the game for the players who were on time.

We can hide any gift or knick-knacks for your special person, and even write them into the escape room clues.If you would like to personalize any element of your escape room experience, please know a week prior to your scheduled booking.
